Mazzer Philos is a high-end light commercial single dose coffee grinder engineered to deliver exceptional performance across all brewing methods, from espresso to filter coffee. Its vertical flat burr system minimizes retention, allowing users to switch seamlessly between different coffee origins and brewing styles without waste or contamination. The integrated dose finisher ensures a clean grinding chamber and consistent output, while the front-access design enables tool-free cleaning and burr replacement without losing grind settings.

Philos offers maximum flexibility thanks to its dual adjustment system: users can easily switch between stepped mode, with precise 6-micron increments for repeatable recipes, and stepless mode for infinite grind control.
