The Mini G brings Mazzer’s renowned build quality into a compact grind-by-weight grinder designed to optimize workflow without compromising precision. Featuring 64 mm flat burrs and a professional built-in scale, it ensures consistent dosing in every condition, even in environments subject to vibrations thanks to the Vibration Filtering Algorithm. Its die-cast aluminum body houses a powerful, tailor-made asynchronous motor engineered for durability and speed, delivering 2–2.5 g/s (depending on coffee and grind setting). Grinding can be activated via portafilter or dosing cup for true hands-free operation. In grind-by-weight mode, Mini G automatically adapts the dose when grind settings change—no manual weighing, no recalibration, no waste.
