The E80W Grind-by-Sync is Mahlkönig’s first espresso grinder to feature the innovative Sync System: a smart, connected technology that communicates with compatible commercial espresso machines to automatically adjust the grind size and achieve your target extraction time—without manual intervention. Ideal for high-volume specialty cafés, the E80W GbS ensures every shot is consistent, efficient, and perfectly extracted, even during peak hours.

The integrated intelligent algorithm and electrical burr adjustment eliminate guesswork and variability from the workflow. Its 80 mm flat burrs in special steel deliver high-speed precision grinding, while the active temperature control system maintains thermal stability during continuous use.
