DESCRIPTION

The SOLIS Grind & Infuse Perfetta Stainless Steel combines a semi-automatic espresso machine with an integrated grinder to bring the full bean-to-cup workflow into one refined home coffee station. Designed for users who want direct control over grinding, extraction and milk texturing, it provides the key tools required to prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte and other coffee recipes from fresh beans.

Its belt-driven Silent ZERO STATIC™ grinder offers 25 precision settings, allowing the grind to be adapted to different beans and espresso recipes. The low-noise grinding system is designed to minimise static and reduce waste of ground coffee, helping create a cleaner and more accurate dosing process. A micro timer and memory function support repeatable grinding settings.

Adaptive PID technology controls temperature for brewing, steam and hot water, helping develop the aromatic profile of each coffee. The integrated manometer provides real-time feedback on extraction pressure, while the low-pressure pre-infusion gently saturates the coffee bed before full-pressure brewing for a more balanced extraction.

The professional 360° steam and hot-water wand supports the preparation of silky microfoam for cappuccino, flat white and latte art, while also dispensing hot water for tea and americano. A three-digit digital micro timer displays grinding and brewing time to one tenth of a second, together with useful support messages.

The removable 2.6-litre water tank includes a BRITA INTENZA water filter to improve water quality and coffee taste. Automatic rinse cycles, cleaning alerts and energy-saving modes help simplify daily care. The supplied accessories include a 54 mm portafilter, tamper, milk jug, cleaning brush, cleaning insert, two filters, water filter and test strip.
