Please enter your credit card number, the name of the holder and the expiry date in the process of the online registration. We do not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order. Please be aware that once credit card authorization is issued, regardless of whether we have charged your card or not, the funds will be reserved for up to a certain number of days depending on your lending institution. If using a debit card please verify with your bank the daily withdrawal limits on your card, as we are not responsible for any surcharges your bank may impose for transactions exceeding your limit. We reserve the right to request additional identification for verification purposes and will contact you either by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information.

All the prices that you see on our website include VAT. The price that you see is the price that you pay. The are no other taxation charges, duty charges (for EU countries) or anything like that. You will pay the price of the good at the price that you see on the screen.

What should I do if the item that I received is physically defective?

If the item you received is defective and you would like to have it replaced or repaired, please contact us by email explaining exactly the defect with pictures or video.
If you feel more comfortable to repair the machine using our service center, please follow these procedures: if you have purchased a product through this website and you believe that it is defective and would like to repair or exchange it within 7 days, you must first contact technical support by email.

Once tech support authorizes the exchange or repair, we will pick up at our expense the defective unit sending you the replacement withouth any extra cost. shipment of the exchanged goods will be completely covered by our company (this option is available only for the EU countries).

How do I send returns?

All returns must be professionally packed, using the original packaging materials. Please send an email or fax to the customer service, requesting instructions for the items you would wish to return.

You must include the following information with your exchange or repair:

  1. Order number or copy of your electronic receipt
  2. Your name and phone number
  3. Your email address
  4. The reason for your exchange

You have 7 days to return the product from the date that you received your shipment.

All deliveries within the EU (European Union) are duty free. Import duties for deliveries to all other countries are paid by our customers at delivery. Please contact your local customs office by email to inquire about the duty rate.
